Event Registration/Signups  

Event registration will be held ONLINE ONLY. This does not mean that sign ups are closed, this just means that we will limit the actions that take place at our sign up facilities. General questions, signing of the liability waver, issuing of participant wrist bands, and tech inspection will take place in the general sign up area.

Participants are encouraged to do their part in helping to mitigate the spread of Covid-19 by performing the following: All attendees shall wear face coverings when unable to maintain social distance. All attendees shall maintain a social distance of 6 feet between your self and other non-household member participants as much as possible. All attendees shall wait until called forward by the DP4 staff to complete their sign up and registration.

 Tech Inspection

 Event tech inspection will be held adjacent to the finishline/sign ups area. Please come to tech with your Drive and Co-driver ONLY. Remain in your vehicle, and follow the instructions of our tech personnel.

Riders Meeting

The riders meeting will be posted ONLINE approximately 24 hours prior to the start of the event. All participants are required to view the online riders meeting. DP4 Racing will also distribute both digitally and print copies of the riders instructions. Printed copies will be provided by our sign up crew once the participant has signed their liability waiver.

 

 

 

Podium Presentations

Podium presentation will be conducted immediately after each driver finishes their race. Spectators (including pit personnel) will not be allowed to be present at the finishline.

Camping / Pits

Participants are encouraged to do their part in helping to mitigate the spread of Covid-19 by performing the following: Wear face coverings when unable to maintain a social distance of 6-feet. Maintain social distance of 6 feet between yourself and other non-household member participants. Camping should be done in a way to avoid large gatherings. Pit personnel will be limited to 5 per entered race vehicle ONLY.

Wash stations will be provided at all supplied portable restrooms. DP4 Racing will supply hand sanitizers to be used by participants when in/around the public restrooms.

Event Operations

All DP4 Staff will wear face coverings and have access to hand sanitizer while working on the racecourse and when appropriate including at signup/tech, and road crossings. All DP4 Staff will keep a 6-foot distance from vehicles/race participants unless attending to an emergency.

DP4 volunteers will not report to their scheduled shift should they have experienced any symptoms of COVID-19, a fever, or been exposed to someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the last 14 days. DP4 volunteers and staff will be trained in appropriate social distancing measures prior to their scheduled shift.
